Operations:
It takes a lot of
work and a fairly large staff to manage The Woodlands. After all,
our community has as much population as central Mays Landing itself, if
the new development to the west of town is excluded. There are
numerous legal municipalities that have less population than our 70
acres contain.
Most of our staff is listed at the right, though
additional employees are hired to staff the pools when they are open
and during spring and fall clean-ups.
For maximum efficiency, numerous tasks have been assigned
to contractors approved by the Board of
Directors. These include snow removal; lawn mowing/tree
care/grounds cleanup; roofing, siding, paving & concrete repairs;
and insurance or legal matters. As a matter of policy and
procedure, these contractors cannot take orders from individual unit
owners. If you have a problem with work they are doing, please bring it
to the attention of the management office.
