We are happy to
provide our members with this support link that should improve
communications between members and management and provide better
record-keeping. Clicking the above link
will open a page that offers 2
options for communicating with the management office:
1. LIVE CHAT: When a member of
your management team is available, you can
actually chat with a live person who may be able to answer your
question or help you right
away. If they cannot help you immediately, or an operator is not
available, you can use still use the email option or CLICK BELOW, to
submit a work order. To
help us, and help yourself:
- Click where it says ONLINE to request an online chat and wait for
someone to respond to your request.
If the screen says OFFLINE, or
no-one responds within a minute or two, then
no operator is available.
- Please do
NOT use either the online
chat or email options in place of submitting a work order request...Your request may not be submitted
or relayed to the right person, or department, and the work will be
delayed.
2.
EMAIL: Contact the Property
Manager, the Board of Directors or an individual Board Member, the
Neighborhood Watch Committee or send a general email to the management
office for distribution as appropriate.
WORK ORDERS:
Click
to Submit a Work-Order/Ticket & keep track of
it: You should receive email
notification when your ticket has been received. ASAP, when the
ticket has been read, you will
receive another email with further details.
You will be able to "give
and take" with the us until the request has been handled and the ticket
is closed.
Support
tickets are great because a record is automatically kept
for each ticket and its history...and you can also go online and check
its status at any time until the problem is solved.
If the page does not open or work after clicking

newest versions of Internet Explorer (IE), or any blocker you
